01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkloke platform, available at pkloke.app and any related mobile-browser interfaces ("Platform"). The Platform is operated by pkloke ("pkloke", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing any wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms, rules, or game-specific conditions that we publish on the Platform from time to time.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the pkloke Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from pkloke or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of pkloke, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pkloke. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support@pkloke.app immediately.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any detail changes.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkloke operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") policy. We may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, during routine security reviews, or at any time we reasonably deem appropriate. Required documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet linked to your registered number).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request being made may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functions until verification is completed. pkloke reserves the right to void bets and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not share your personal documents with third parties except where required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkloke are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your pkloke wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method but are typically instant for mobile wallets.
• pkloke does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your pkloke account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business hours during operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be made.
• pkloke reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pkloke may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated through the completion of wagering requirements may be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• pkloke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are limited to one (1) per household, IP address, payment method, and device unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPN services to claim geo-restricted promotions, or coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• pkloke's decision regarding the awarding, modification, or withdrawal of any bonus is final and binding.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkloke does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a clearly visible technical error has occurred on our side.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Partial round completions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per game, and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. pkloke reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts at our discretion.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for casino games, and by live data feeds for sports betting. pkloke does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a sports bet, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) at the time of settlement will be used as the authoritative source.
• Live in-play betting is available for selected sports markets. In-play bets that are accepted during a connectivity interruption or data feed delay may be voided at pkloke's discretion if the odds at the time of acceptance were materially incorrect.

Game-specific rules for individual products — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, fishing games, and bingo — are governed by the rules embedded within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkloke Platform. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the game design. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent house edge.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to operate your account, or selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to circumvent geographic restrictions or access services unavailable in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward pkloke staff or other users through any channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, or otherwise reproducing any part of the Platform's software or content without our express written permission.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

pkloke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has requested we restrict your account.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, pkloke reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold withdrawable funds pending an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, your net cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 business days.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@pkloke.app. Self-exclusion requests submitted via our Responsible Gaming tools will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkloke, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your sharing of credentials with a third party.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms that are the result of a clear and obvious technical malfunction; in such cases, pkloke reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory under which they are claimed.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkloke's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkloke Platform — including but not limited to software code, design assets, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, marketing materials, and the pkloke brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkloke or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express written consent.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to those studios' end-user licence terms as embedded within each game.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the pkloke Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood how pkloke collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing organisations. 12 Responsible Gaming

pkloke is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a configured period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account for a selected period ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pkloke is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our internal disputes resolution team by emailing support@pkloke.app with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed description of your complaint.

pkloke will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within that period, you may escalate the dispute in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree that, to the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pkloke reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-Platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or by an urgent operational or security need.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pkloke.app/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the current binding version. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
